Brilliant ! Thank you Kathrin for this oldie but goodie. It is also one of my favourite songs, but I have not found it on my old vinyls. By the way, it is really great that there are re-editions of the old vinyls on CD. I hope that the series will be continued !

I've special feelings seeing this: joy - on TV only 4 days after I've been in front of the stage in Essen; bitterness - so near the end.

What a great song. I first stumbled across that track on a compilation Sailor's Greatest Hits cassette in (I think) 1978. It has endured as probably my favourite among all the myriad of their great songs. It was never to my knowledge played on commercial radio or TV here in Australia. It gets a fair workout in this house even now though and you should see the kids roll their eyes in disgust with a "here we go again Dad and his Sailor songs"look as another Sailor gem echoes forth.

I think Steve above was correct in saying that "All I Need Is A Girl" was never played on air here in Australia. From memory, the single was released separately as a non-album song (backed by b-side instrumental "Copacabana"). Great to see it on video, as indeed it is with some of the other rare Sailor 'youtubes' - "Danger On The Titanic", "Give Me Shakespeare" etc. It would be great if these could be compiled and put on a single dvd release. Thanks again Katrina.

Absolute great this song! The real sailor-sound at it's best! What a shame, that they dont play it in the concerts today,
kick away one cover song and play the real one. I think, a lot of fans would like it!
